Carabiniere Ignazio Caredda muore in incidente stradale a Trapani mentre torna a casa

Un carabiniere di 59 anni è morto in seguito a un incidente stradale avvenuto la scorsa notte in Sicilia. Si tratta di Ignazio Caredda, appuntato scelto dei carabinieri in servizio all'aliquota radiomobile della compagnia di Trapani. Il militare è morto stamane all'ospedale Sant'Antonio Abate di Trapani dopo l’incidente avvenuto la scorsa notte all'incrocio tra via Francesco Manzo e via Capitano Bruno, nella zona di via Virgilio. Troppo gravi le sue ferite: in ospedale non hanno potuto far nulla per salvargli la vita. Stando a quanto emerso, Caredda stava tornando a casa dalla sua famiglia ieri sera dopo aver finito il suo turno di lavoro quando si è scontrato con un altro mezzo. Soccorso e trasportato in codice rosso in ospedale, il carabiniere era stato ricoverato nel reparto di rianimazione ma nonostante gli sforzi dei medici le sue condizioni non sono migliorate e in mattinata è morto. Il ministro della Difesa Guido Crosetto ha voluto esprimere cordoglio per la perdita del militare. “A nome mio personale e di tutta la famiglia della Difesa - si legge in una nota - esprimo profondo cordoglio per la scomparsa dell’Appuntato Scelto dei Carabinieri Ignazio Caredda, deceduto in seguito a un grave incidente stradale mentre rientrava a casa dopo aver terminato il servizio notturno. In questo momento di grande dolore ci stringiamo ai suoi familiari e ai colleghi dell’Arma, ai quali rivolgo le mie più sentite condoglianze”. Tanti anche i messaggi per il carabiniere apparsi sui social dopo la tragica notizia: “Un grande uomo, un grande Carabiniere che ha speso la sua vita nel proteggere la vita altrui, sempre disponibile sempre sorridente, sempre pronto a far rispettare la legge, sempre schierato dalla parte dei più deboli.  Una persona che sapeva amare e farsi amare dagli altri, un fratello per tutti i colleghi”, recita uno dei tanti commenti pubblicati su Facebook.

Hermanos Betancourt Barrios asesinados por sicarios en Atlántico y Bolívar con 18 meses de diferencia

Dos hermanos fueron asesinados por sicarios, en un año y en diferentes departamentos del país. El primero fue Luis Betancourt Barrios, de 34 años, a quien sicarios mataron de manera brutal en una peluquería ubicada en el barrio El Centro en el municipio de San Jacinto, Bolívar, el jueves 24 de abril del 2025. La víctima se encontraba sentado en una silla azul revisando su celular mientras esperaba su turno para ser atendido. Eran las 1:52 de la tarde cuando dos sujetos armados irrumpieron en el establecimiento y, sin mediar palabra, le dispararon en varias ocasiones. Tras cometer el crimen, los sicarios procedieron a requisar el cuerpo de la víctima, aparentemente para robarle sus pertenencias, y comprobaron su pulso para asegurarse de que había fallecido. Mientras esto ocurría, el barbero y otros dos clientes que estaban en el lugar permanecieron inmóviles, cubriéndose con los brazos en medio del terror. La Policía del departamento de Bolívar confirmó que Betancur Barrios tenía antecedentes judiciales en el Sistema Penal Oral Acusatorio (SPOA) por los delitos de concierto para delinquir y porte, tráfico y fabricación de armas de fuego. En la noche del pasado sábado 24 de octubre sicarios le quitaron la vida a Brainer, hermano de Luis, en frente a una tienda del barrio Villa Esperanza, en el municipio de Malambo, Atlántico. Las autoridades investigan los móviles del crimen y buscan establecer si existe alguna conexión entre ambos casos. 19:51 | 25 Tetor 2026 Bartësi i listës së Koalicionit Shqiptar në zgjedhjet parlamentare në Serbi, Shaip Kamberi, ka deklaruar se shqiptarët janë në garë për të siguruar mandatin e dytë, ndërsa pasivizimi i adresave ka ndikuar në humbjen e mundësisë për të fituar mandatin e tretë.Në një lidhje të drejtpërdrejtë, pak para mbylljes së vendvotimeve, Kamberi ka bërë të ditur se, sipas të dhënave preliminare të orës 19:00, në 37 vendvotime në Preshevë kishin votuar 16.600 qytetarë, ndërsa në vendvotimet shqiptare në Bujanoc 10.853 votues.Ai ka thënë për RTK-në se procesi zgjedhor ka vijuar përgjithësisht i rregullt, me disa parregullsi të vogla në fillim të votimit. Sa i përket mundësisë për mandatin e dytë, Kamberi ka theksuar se rezultati varet edhe nga pjesëmarrja e përgjithshme në zgjedhjet në Serbi.“Nëse shkon në 70%, siç po flitet, atëherë sigurisht do të kërkohen më tepër vota. Intervención de Coosalud revela pagos en casino y prostíbulo, y un déficit de $1.14 billones

La intervención forzosa de Coosalud S. A., ordenada durante el Gobierno de Gustavo Petro, está bajo cuestionamiento por el deterioro institucional, financiero y asistencial que habría experimentado la entidad. Así lo sugieren los ‘Indicadores Fenix’ de la Supersalud y la información pública revisada por El Universal. A estos hallazgos se suman presuntos movimientos de dinero destinados a pagos en un casino de Estados Unidos y un prostíbulo de Cartagena. Según el informe del ‘Sistema Fenix’, la intervención incumplió con creces el objetivo y requisito legal primordial de una “mejora sostenida de los indicadores que exige la ley para su mantenimiento” y por el contrario demostró el deterioro a niveles “críticos” de la EPS, que derivó en la devolución en agosto de este año de toda la información y administración total a los directivos de la Cooperativa Coosalud. Entre los hallazgos más críticos del informe figura un deterioro patrimonial de $1,14 billones durante los primeros 12 meses de intervención. Antes de la medida, Coosalud registraba un patrimonio positivo de $283.522 millones, pero a diciembre de 2024 la cifra pasó a terreno negativo, con un saldo de -$859.167 millones. Otro de los aspectos señalados en el informe fue la inestabilidad administrativa de Coosalud, que durante los 22 meses de intervención forzosa tuvo entre ocho y nueve administradores. Esta alta rotación habría dificultado la continuidad de la gestión presupuestaria y contribuido a la acumulación de problemas estructurales sin resolver. El patrimonio de Coosalud pasó de un saldo positivo de $283.522 millones a un déficit de $859.167 millones, una variación negativa de $1,14 billones. El resultado contrasta con el objetivo de recuperar la solvencia de la entidad o frenar su deterioro durante la intervención, y plantea interrogantes sobre la evolución financiera de la EPS. El deterioro de la red prestadora se habría traducido en dificultades para garantizar la atención de los pacientes. De acuerdo con el informe, la cartera vencida habría contribuido a las restricciones en los servicios, las demoras en los tratamientos oncológicos, el aumento de las tutelas y la disminución de las coberturas de vacunación. El Tribunal Administrativo de Bolívar, el Juzgado Séptimo Civil de Cartagena y la Procuraduría General de la Nación, figuran entre las instituciones que se han pronunciado sobre la medida, según los antecedentes citados en el informe y consideraron fallida la medida contra Coosalud. En medio de los cuestionamientos a la intervención de Coosalud durante el Gobierno de Gustavo Petro, medios de comunicación como la revista ‘Cambio’ y la ‘Silla Vacía’, retomaron una denuncia sobre una presunta red de EPS que estaría desviando recursos públicos hacia paraísos fiscales. Dineros que habrían salido de una empresa holding dedicada a la confección de uniformes, llamada ‘Portichelly’. Entre los movimientos señalados en esa denuncia figuran presuntos pagos registrados el 25 de septiembre de 2025 al establecimiento ‘Texas Luxury Casino’, en Estados Unidos, por $5 millones de pesos. Y el 28 de noviembre del mismo año a el ‘Paraíso del Marino’, en Cartagena por $800 mil pesos. Hasta el momento, no se cuenta con información suficiente para establecer el origen, el destino y la finalidad de esas operaciones, que, según la información disponible, son materia de investigación. Asimismo se presumen otros retiros en efectivo entre agosto y diciembre de 2025 por hasta $56 millones de pesos, que también son materia de investigación.
