Andy Reid's Surprising New Look for Travis Kelce's Big Day New

Andy Reid's Surprising New Look for Travis Kelce's Big Day

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid admittedly wants to look his best if he’ll be attending athlete Travis Kelce’s highly anticipated nuptials to pop star Taylor Swift. “Listen, I’ve cut back on the cheeseburgers now that I’m older,” Reid, 68, said on the Friday, June 5, episode of The Stephen A. Smith Show. “I can get in the tuxedo, so there’s a chance I’ll be there, for sure.” Swift and Kelce, 36, got engaged in August 2025 after two years of dating. While it’s been heavily rumored that the duo plan to tie the knot this summer, neither Swift nor Kelce have publicly confirmed any wedding day details. “I think the wedding is what happens after [my Life of a Showgirl promotional tour] in the scheme of the planning, but I’m so excited about it,” Swift said on the Graham Norton Show in October 2025. “I know it’s gonna be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble.” Swift and Kelce each have a long history with Reid. While the NFL icon coaches Kelce on the Chiefs, he previously met Swift through her dad. (Swift’s family hails from Pennsylvania, and Reid used to coach the Philadelphia Eagles.) “She's a Pennsylvania girl, so I got to know her before Trav did,” Reid joked on Friday’s episode. “I’m happy for them that they’re in love. That, to me, is the most important thing. Both of them are famous people and great people, and more power to ‘em.” It’s not known whether Reid scored an invite to the couple’s big day, but he recently confirmed his intentions to RSVP affirmatively if so. “Well, I probably have … and if I don’t outgrow my tuxedo before then, I’m going,” Reid quipped on Kansas City’s The Drive radio show last month when asked about receiving an invitation to the big day. “But you keep talking about this barbecue, I might have to go get some. … I’m just gonna show up. I’m so happy for them.” He added, at the time, “When you come down to it, it doesn’t matter how big the show is around them, they’re in love and that’s the most important thing.” While Swift and Kelce have kept wedding details under wraps, a source exclusively told Us Weekly in April that the couple didn’t plan to have a “huge wedding.” “They’ve gone back and forth between inviting everyone and keeping it small and private,” the insider told Us. “As of now, they’ve scaled it down. It’s no longer going to be a massive blowout.”

Morgan Wallen's Abrupt Concert Cancellation Sparks Questions New

Morgan Wallen's Abrupt Concert Cancellation Sparks Questions

Morgan Wallen is speaking out after his Saturday, June 6, concert in Pittsburgh was canceled at the last minute. “This morning my team walked on my bus, told me that they had been consulting with local officials and that I should cancel my show in Pittsburgh tonight,” Wallen, 33, said in a late-night video shared via his Instagram Stories. “I said, ‘Why?’ They said that there was going to be strong winds in the area, and I said, ‘OK.’ So, that’s what I did, and that was the information that I had in the moment.” He continued, “I trusted my team, and I understand that the wind and whatever else happened hasn’t gotten to Pittsburgh yet. I know it has touched some of Pennsylvania, so my heart goes out to all those affected by it.” Wallen further explained the reason for canceling his show. “The truth of the matter is I have a large stage, that in those conditions, could become fatal to a lot of folks around it,” he said. “I did the best I could with the information that I had in that moment. I’ve been seeing a lot of nonsense about me that is simply not true, and I just wanted to clear the air.” The country singer further stressed that his “true fans” understand safety comes first. “I think my true fans know that’s not how I operate in general,” he said of the swirling online speculation. “I had to say it, y’all take care.” Wallen announced several hours earlier that the concert would be canceled.  “After talking with local officials and my team, there is no choice but to cancel tonight’s show due to severe adverse weather conditions expected throughout the rest of the day and night,” he wrote in a statement at the time. “Safety for my fans and crew is the highest priority. Refunds available at point of purchase.” The show, which was scheduled to be held at the Acrisure Stadium, was canceled following weather forecasts of scattered thunderstorms in the area. “It is what it is. You can’t control Mother Nature,” one fan told TribLive of the show he was planning to attend. “ It’s fortunate we’re going to be able to get our tickets refunded.” Wallen is currently traveling on his Still The Problem Tour, in which he went viral late last month after overturning a piano during a Colorado concert. “Hey, I just want you guys to know that right now the piano is working,” he said in a TikTok video afterward. “That’s what they told me last night, too.”

Jennifer Lopez Sparks Debate: Who Really Gets to Call Themselves a New Yorker? New

Jennifer Lopez Sparks Debate: Who Really Gets to Call Themselves a New Yorker?

Jennifer Lopez has a hot take about life in the Big Apple. “You have to be born in New York to be a New Yorker,” Lopez, 56, said during a Thursday, June 4, interview on the “Subway Takes” TikTok account. “Yes, I know everybody wants to claim the city.” She continued, “Everybody wants to claim our city, but you have to be born in New York. You have to be born in one of the five boroughs to be a New Yorker.” Lopez, affectionately known as “Jenny from the block,” was born and raised in the New York borough of the Bronx. “Subway Takes” host Kareem Rahma, however, countered that he was told NYC residents can claim the city after a decade. “When I moved here in 2012, everyone was like, ‘In 10 years, you can call yourself a New Yorker,’” Rahma, 39, pointed out in rebuttal. “Then, I stayed 10 years. … The New Yorkers used to have this as a rule.” Lopez argued that she never heard about such a “rule.” “That’s a rule? I didn’t get the memo,” she stated. “I did not sign the petition. … You live in New York, you take on characteristics of New Yorkers, probably, by [50 years here], you have a New York sensibility, you pay New York taxes, [but] when you’re born in New York, that’s when you’re a New Yorker.” The Office Romance actress added, “I said what I said, and I meant it.” Lopez’s position soon raised eyebrows from social media users. “Ma’am you have lived outside of New York longer than you lived in it,” one TikTok commenter replied, referring to Lopez’s current residence in Los Angeles, as another chimed in, “Coming from J. Lo is kind of hilarious.” Other social media users agreed with Rahma that a 10-year residency qualifies as “New Yorker” status. “Carrie Bradshaw made this claim, 10 years qualifies as a New Yorker,” a TikToker wrote, referring to the Sex and the City protagonist. “I got 40 years in this town. I’m a New Yorker.” A fourth noted, “I think if you lived in NY for [the]majority of your life you’re a New Yorker.” Lopez, meanwhile, was backed up by a handful of supporters. “You guys says ‘Coming from J. Lo…’ but shorty is literally from The Bronx,” a social media user replied, with another succinctly noting, “She’s right though.” Lopez has not publicly addressed the backlash. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.

Betty Gilpin's Shocking Birth Scene in 'Office Romance': What Really Happened On Set? New

Betty Gilpin's Shocking Birth Scene in 'Office Romance': What Really Happened On Set?

No, that was not actress Betty Gilpin’s nude body in Office Romance. Gilpin, 39, portrays Sydney Bloom, a pregnant executive at Cruz Air run by CEO Jackie Cruz (Jennifer Lopez). At one point in the film, Sydney confronts in-house lawyer Daniel Blanchflower (Brett Goldstein) about his clandestine romance with boss Jackie when her water breaks in his office. Sydney subsequently gives birth on a desk in Daniel’s office, in front of him and Jackie, with cameras capturing the moment the baby was crowning. “Honestly, I was pretty freaked out when I first saw the prosthetic vagina,” Gilpin told Variety in an interview published Saturday, June 6. “I had a nervous breakdown and then I was like, ‘Oh, but I’ll be holding the ultimate working mom’s hand, Jennifer Lopez, so what could go wrong?’” To capture the shot, Gilpin used prosthetic legs and a vagina for the scene. “My real legs were below a table, [I had] fake prosthetic legs, and then a puppeteer was standing at my real legs pushing an animatronic baby out of my prosthetic vagina,” she recalled of the process to the outlet. “It made it sound like [popping]. It was insane.” Gilpin continued, “The saddest part was when the scene was over and everybody but the puppeteers stayed in the room because the only way to reset was to go under and pull the fake placenta — I think the placenta is not in the movie anymore — but reach up through the prosthetic vagina that I am still zipped into, pull the placenta back and take the umbilical cord and pull it back and then pull the baby back through, and then it was time to do it again.” Goldstein, 45, cowrote Office Romance with Ted Lasso collaborator Joe Kelly. “When we were making Ted Lasso season 3, we were at Manchester City filming there, and on the train back to London, we were like, ‘What should we do next?’” Goldstein said on Late Night With Seth Meyers earlier this week. “We both love rom-coms, and we were like, ‘Let’s do an old school rom-com.’ And we were like, ‘Who’s the best person to do a rom-com with?’ And we both were like, ‘J. Lo, obviously.’” He added at the time, “We wanted to do, like, a more grown-up one that I hadn’t seen her do before. So, she’s the CEO in this one, like, she has it all and she’s very good at her job. It was a love letter to workaholics.” Office Romance is currently streaming on Netflix.

Kelly Dodd's Bold Stand: Why She Feels Like an Outcast in Hollywood New

Kelly Dodd's Bold Stand: Why She Feels Like an Outcast in Hollywood

Kelly Dodd says she’s still paying the price for speaking her mind. The former “Real Housewives of Orange County” star, who calls herself socially liberal but fiscally conservative, is sounding off on cancel culture, political division and the backlash that has followed her for years, saying she feels isolated for refusing to conform.“I feel like if you don’t believe along the same lines they do, they don’t like you … I feel like I am an outcast,” Dodd said on Jamie Kennedy’s podcast.“I feel that I’m getting politically discriminated against.”The reality television personality, who was fired from “Real Housewives” in 2021 after making controversial remarks about the COVID-19 pandemic and being accused of mocking the Black Lives Matter movement, suggested that ideological differences have become increasingly divisive in America, claiming that those with opposing viewpoints are often treated differently.Kelly Dodd told Jamie Kennedy she feels like she’s an “outcast” in Hollywood for having conservative opinions.“It’s like rules for me but not for thee again,” Dodd said. While criticizing what she sees as growing intolerance from the left, Dodd maintained that she respects the rights of people who disagree with her.“If you’re a Democrat and you believe in all these things, I don’t hate you,” she said. “I respect your view. I don’t hate you because you lean — you like the policies … That’s your right as an American to feel that way. I don’t politically hate you for that.“I feel that I’m getting politically discriminated against,” Dodd said. NBCU Photo Bank/NBCUniversal via Getty Images“But they hate anyone that doesn’t think along the lines as them. So, it’s just so hypocritical. The hypocrisy is real, and I just don’t understand that.”Dodd also spoke about her time living abroad and how things she saw during her time in China seem similar to things she’s seeing in the US today.“I was always a Democrat, my whole life, and then I moved to China, and I saw how you’re not allowed to speak freely,” she said. “On Facebook, they would just watch every one of your moves. And I feel like this is where we’re going. We’re going into socialist communism territory, I’m telling you right now.”Dodd continued by drawing a comparison to developments she believes are occurring in the United States.“And that’s what’s happening now to our country. Our civil liberties are taken away from us that you don’t even realize are happening,” she said.“I think once you move away to a communist country, then you realize those policies are being inflicted right now in real time, and it’s really freaking scary,” she said.Dodd, second from left, was fired from “Real Housewives” after her remarks about COVID-19 and Black Lives Matter. NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images“I have changed my perspective on policy … Those policies don’t work.”Her latest remarks come years after she found herself at the center of controversy over social media posts that sparked fierce criticism online. In May 2022, the “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum drew backlash after sharing a message on X comparing discussions about school security following the Uvalde, Texas, school shooting to security measures implemented after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The post said, “After 9-11 we didn’t ban planes. We secured the cockpits. Secure the schools.”The post quickly sparked criticism from social media users, with some arguing that increased school security was not an adequate substitute for changes to gun laws.Following the backlash, Dodd clarified her position in a subsequent post.“I NEVER said we shouldn’t have STRICTER gun laws,” she wrote at the time. “I believe we should do a BETTER job of keeping WEAPONS out of the hands of CRIMINALS & the MENTALLY ill.“In the meantime, while these people have GUNS & CAN STILL BUY THEM, we need to BETTER PROTECT OUR KIDS.”
