Warning: Graphic details below
Russell Brand had little to say and appeared emotionless when police confronted him with graphic details of a woman’s rape allegations during a July 2025 interview.
In the newly released police footage obtained by Page Six, Brand, 51, is seen sitting at a table in an interrogation room wearing an army green jacket over a white v-neck shirt as investigators question him about the allegations.
The Metropolitan Police investigator detailed how the woman claimed Brand removed his condom before sexually abusing her.
“The condom that he had been wearing had been removed at some point before the anal rape and was now on the floor,” the investigator said. “Mr. Brand then told her to clean up the mess on the bed and he left the room.”
Another man then entered and told her she needed to leave because Brand had another show to perform that evening, according to the account.
She claimed she was then driven to Hampstead tube station by the same driver who had brought her to Brand’s home.
After reading the allegations, the investigator asked Brand, “What is your response to this allegation?”
The former “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” actor simply replied, “I have nothing further to add at this time.”
Brand was silent as the investigator detailed the account and appeared expressionless despite the graphic claims.
The footage was among a collection of photos and documents released by London’s Metropolitan Police following Brand’s conviction Thursday.
The files also included several old photos of a young Brand performing at the Soapbox Cabaret, a political comedy show held in Bournemouth, England, in 1999.
Additionally, the collection also featured a hand drawn map of the MTV and Viacom offices, marking the locations of the bathrooms, elevators and entrances.
The police files also contained a photograph of a building at 2 Great Titchfield Street in London, labeled 2012, as well as an older photograph labeled “RB 2004.”
A representative for Brand did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Brand was found guilty Thursday of one count of rape and three counts of sexual assault following a four-week trial at Southwark Crown Court.
The judge, Justice Joel Bennathan, told Brand he will be given a “significant” prison sentence.
Shortly after the verdict, the judge also reportedly said, “Sit down, Mr. Brand,” and added that the case was “very well planned.”
He was acquitted of two additional rape charges and one charge of attempted indecent assault.
Brand, who denied the allegations against him, maintained that his sexual encounters were consensual.
The disgraced British comedian was taken into custody following the verdict and is scheduled to be sentenced Monday, Nov. 9.
Meanwhile, Brand is facing two additional rape accusations — including one made by a 16-year-old — as he is being investigated by the Metropolitan Police for multiple “allegations of rape,” according to Sky News.
It was revealed in a pre-trial court hearing, per the US Sun, that one of the complaints comes from a woman Brand dated when he was 30 and she was 16.
