Natalie Portman gushed for the first time about her “magical” new baby with partner Tanguy Destable.
The actress spoke to Harper’s Bazaar in an interview published Monday about the “whole new mindset” the infant has given her regarding her two older children — son Aleph, 15, and daughter Amalia, 9 — with ex-husband Benjamin Millepied.
“I am reminded of how recently they were these little fresh creations and how quickly they’ve blossomed into incredible humans with their own amazing personalities and senses of humor and ideas,” she explained.
The “Black Swan” star, 45, said giving birth to another “little human” has made life “full of wonder and joy.”
She did not elaborate further on the newborn’s name, sex or birth date.
The Oscar winner first stepped out with baby No. 3 in early September, with Destable holding their child in a carrier during a walk in Paris.
Portman was all smiles during the sunny stroll in a navy dress and white sneakers.
The Golden Globe winner announced in April that she was pregnant, telling Harper’s Bazaar her and Destable’s upcoming arrival was a “privilege” and “miracle.”
Noting that it was “probably” her last time expanding her family, Portman said, “There’s a calm [this time] and knowing myself: who I want to spend time with, what kind of energy I want around me. That makes the experience so beautiful every day.”
She gave her Instagram followers a glimpse of her baby bump three months later.
“Counting the days until we meet you 🩷,” the “May December” star captioned her July social media sideshow.
Portman previously welcomed Aleph and Amalia in 2011 and 2017, respectively.
She and Millepied have co-parented the little ones since splitting in 2023 after more than a decade of marriage.
Portman was photographed with Destable, a 46-year-old DJ known as Tepr, for the first time in 2025.
The couple has kept their romance primarily out of the spotlight — but Portman did speak in Monday’s interview about knowing at this stage in her life that “the most important thing is love.”
She continued, “I’m not embarrassed to say it. I do feel like it’s so simple, just being kind and loving and being able to laugh. That’s all that matters. That’s the joy of being this age. If it’s not that, I’m not spending my time there.”
