Halle Berry was joined by her fiancé, Van Hunt, while arriving at her custody battle hearing as her ex-husband Olivier Martinez showed up with their 13-year-old son, Maceo.

The “Catwoman” actress arrived at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday afternoon wearing a sleek black blazer, coordinating slacks and a black blouse, according to photos obtained by Page Six.

Berry, 60, also toted a black woven purse and concealed her face with sunglasses.

Hunt, 56, stayed by his fiancée’s side while entering Stanley Mosk Courthouse. He was wearing a double-breasted suit.

The couple maintained stoic expressions as paparazzi snapped their photos.

Martinez, also 60, arrived at court with Maceo, who was dressed casually in shorts and a graphic T-shirt, an eyewitness exclusively told Page Six. Last week, a judge ruled that Maceo would testify in court.

We’re told that once inside the courtroom, Berry glanced at Martinez when he walked in, only to quickly look away to speak with her legal team.

Earlier this month, the French actor filed a temporary restraining order against Berry in his fight for sole custody.

Martinez accused Berry of physically abusing their son, claiming that she jumped on Maceo and choked him in a September incident. He also claimed that Hunt was present during the alleged incident.

Berry denied her ex’s claims, with her attorney calling the accusations “entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.”

“There is voluminous evidence, including numerous judicial rulings, that Olivier Martinez repeatedly violated court orders and interfered with necessary therapeutic and educational interventions to the detriment of his and Halle Berry’s minor son Maceo — misconduct for which Mr. Martinez has already been legally sanctioned,” her attorney, Marina Beck, shared in a statement with Page Six at the time.

The statement continued, “Halle is used to this kind of outrageous conduct from Mr. Martinez and, while she is deeply saddened, she will not allow it to deter her from fighting for Maceo’s best interests and providing him with the love and support he needs.”

Martinez’s restraining order was granted by a judge on Oct. 1, with the actress losing 50/50 custody of daytime visits with their son.

The Oscar winner hit back, accusing Martines of contributing to Maceo’s recent behavioral issues at school.

Amid the legal battle, Berry and Maceo were spotted spending quality time together just days after Martinez’s abuse allegations surfaced.

Berry’s daughter, Nahla — whom she shares with ex Gabriel Aubry — jumped to her mother’s defense, calling her mom a “loving and devoted parent” in a declaration filed in court earlier this month.

Martinez and Berry were married for two years before separating in October 2015. They finalized their contentious divorce eight years later.
