Why Meghan and Harry's Return to the UK with Their Children Has Everyone Talking

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are headed back across the pond, Page Six can confirm.

We hear Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are bringing their kids to the United Kingdom in July for the first time since 2022.

It remains to be seen whether King Charles II will reunite with his grandkids during next month’s visit — but Harry, 41, “desperately wants” the little ones to see the monarch, our source said.

Earlier this month, Page Six reported on Harry’s hopes to bring his family members on his upcoming trip to promote next year’s Invictus Games.

The former military pilot will be attending a “one-year-to-go” countdown for the biannual event, which is scheduled to take place in Birmingham from July 10–17, 2027.

Harry’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Archie, notably, was born in England in May 2019, months before Markle and Harry ditched the latter’s home country for a Montecito, California, mansion and resigned from their royal roles.

By the time Archie returned in 2022 for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee, Lilibet had joined the family.

While the young royals did not make any public appearances at the time, they made headlines for meeting Elizabeth and Charles.

Prince William and Kate Middleton, notably, did not link up with their niece and nephew during the visit.

Harry and Markle’s strained relationship with William and Middleton has only intensified after the 2022 visit, following the release of their “Harry & Meghan” docuseries and the duke’s bombshell “Spare” memoir.

It is unclear whether Archie and Lilibet will meet the Prince and Princess of Wales this time around — or their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Harry, notably, has made a slew of solo trips across the pond in recent years.

Last year, Harry sat down with his dad for a 53-minute meeting — months after publicly extending an olive branch by telling BBC News he’d “love reconciliation.”

Markle, 44, hasn’t joined her husband in England since September 2022, when Elizabeth’s funeral took place.
