Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson put their amicable co-parenting on display at son Ace’s 6th-grade graduation Wednesday.

The former couple attended the 12-year-old’s ceremony in Los Angeles alongside daughters Maxwell, 14, and Birdie, 7, in photos obtained by Page Six.

Simpson, 45, matched her red dress to her lipstick for the event, completing her look with black heels and an updo.

Johnson, for his part, cut a casual figure, with the retired NFL player pairing a black T-shirt and jeans with sneakers and a backward baseball cap.

At one point, the 46-year-old appeared to snap a selfie with his former spouse.

After the ceremony, the exes — and more family members — celebrated Ace’s milestone moment with dinner at Benihana.

Simpson and Johnson, notably, confirmed their separation last year after a decade of marriage amid rampant divorce rumors.

The duo got together in 2010 and welcomed Maxwell and Drew before walking down the aisle in July 2014 in Montecito, California. Birdie was born in March 2019.

Simpson revealed in January 2025 that she and Johnson were “living separately” while “navigating a painful situation in [their] marriage.”

At the time, the singer noted, “Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.”

The following month, Simpson told People the ex-athlete is “still very much a part of [her] life and will always be” despite their breakup.

She is now reportedly dating Nashville-based roadie musician Thomas Eisenhood.

Since Simpson’s rumored new romance made headlines in April, she and Johnson went on a Hawaii vacation as a family.

Simpson’s first husband, Nick Lachey, was on the same May flight — and called out his former “Newlyweds” co-star for sitting in first class with her mom while her estranged husband and kids were in the economy section.

“They were in a separate class of service,” the 98 Degrees member, 52, said on “Watch What Happens Live” last month.

Simpson defended the seating arrangement later that same week, insisting her “mom bought those tickets.”
