Jennifer Lopez's Emotional Struggle as Her Twins Graduate High School
Jennifer Lopez shared her emotional reaction to her 18-year-old twins, Max and Emme, graduating from high school. Despite her fame, she intends to help them settle into college.
Graduation Tears
On May 27, during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Lopez revealed she has been crying for two months over the milestone of her twins' graduation. Max and Emme attend different high schools and will enroll in separate colleges in the fall.
The actress expressed her desire for her children to be happy and choose their own paths. Writing messages for their yearbooks took Lopez two days because it was such an emotional experience.
Preparing for College
Lopez plans to help Max and Emme move into their dorms. She jokingly hopes they find the dorms too small and return home often. However, she is supportive of them starting this new chapter of their lives.
Recalling her own past, Lopez said she understands their eagerness to explore the world and pursue their dreams. She emphasized wanting them to achieve what they aspire to.
Personal Life Update
During the same interview, Lopez also discussed her personal life, stating that she is happy being single following her 2025 divorce from Ben Affleck. "I'm good right now. I'm happy," she shared.
