New Spinoff Details

The upcoming show promises to explore the lives of women balancing tradition with modern challenges. As they navigate their community dynamics, secrets and scandals are expected to surface, reshaping relationships within the group.

Aspyn Ovard, Bobbi Althoff, Avery Woods, Salomé Andrea, McCall DaPron, Chandler Higginson, Ashleigh Pease, and Madison Bontempo are slated to star in the new series.

Series Background

The original "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" premiered on Hulu in 2024 with a revolving cast that included Jen Affleck, Demi Engemann, Whitney Leavitt, Mikayla Matthews, Mayci Neeley and others. Miranda McWhorter joined later after her notable split from Chase McWhorter.

The franchise experienced production interruptions earlier due to a domestic incident involving Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen, which led to temporary restraining orders and custody arrangements.

Legal Developments

Taylor Frankie Paul was not charged after an investigation into the February incident with Dakota Mortensen. The Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office confirmed no charges would be filed. Production of the series will resume soon though Taylor's involvement remains uncertain.
