Sydney Sweeney's cameo from The Devil Wears Prada 2 has reportedly been cut. The decision was described as a "creative" choice, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Sweeney filmed a scene in 2025 where she played herself in a sequence involving Emily Charlton, played by Emily Blunt. However, the scene was removed during the final edit.

The movie focuses on Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway) reuniting with her former colleagues to save their fashion magazine.

Celebrities in the Sequel

Despite Sweeney’s absence, other stars have confirmed cameos in the upcoming sequel. Lady Gaga filmed a part in Milan, and Heidi Klum and Naomi Campbell are also rumored to appear.
