The family is dealing with issues following the arrest of Amy's cousin, Joseph Duggar. He was arrested in Arkansas on March 18 for unlawful sexual activity with a minor, related to allegations from 2020 in Florida.

Joseph's wife, Kendra Duggar, was also arrested but released shortly after. Joseph was extradited to Florida and pleaded not guilty.
