Unemployed Engineer's Journey Takes an Unexpected Turn

Share Post

An engineer who struggled to find employment decided to open a medical clinic, offering a refund if treatments were ineffective. A doctor tried to exploit this by feigning symptoms to win the refund.

First Encounter

The doctor claimed he had lost his sense of taste. The engineer instructed his nurse to apply a substance, which turned out to be gasoline. Realizing this, the doctor reluctantly paid the $500 fee, having regained his taste.

Second Visit

A few days later, the doctor returned, claiming memory loss. The engineer used the same trick with gasoline, leading the doctor to correctly identify it and confirm his memory was intact. Another $500 was billed.

Final Attempt

The persistent doctor tried again, alleging weakened eyesight. The engineer handed him $1,000 as compensation but only gave him $500 instead. When the doctor pointed out the discrepancy, the engineer noted that the doctor's vision was restored, charging another fee.
