Liz Cho Pushes Ex Josh Elliott to Reveal Finances Amid Affair Rumors
Liz Cho is seeking a Connecticut court's intervention in her divorce from Josh Elliott, claiming he has not provided essential financial and travel records. Their legal battle continues as each party files motions and responses.
Financial Records Dispute
In March, Cho filed a request for Elliott to produce credit card statements and other financial documents dating back to January 1, 2020. Elliott has objected, stating the requests are unreasonable and asserting he has complied by providing recent documents up to 2025.
Cho argues that necessary documents from 2020 through 2022, and for future dates beyond those provided, have not been shared. She is also asking for details on Elliott's income and travel dating back to 2020.
Allegations of Missing Property
Earlier this year, Cho alleged that Elliott removed significant personal belongings from their shared home while she was on vacation. She claims valuable jewelry is missing and suspects Elliott is responsible since he had access to these items.
Elliott refuted these claims, stating he only took limited items necessary for establishing a new residence following escalating tensions at their marital home.
Romantic Relationships Inquiry
The court filings previously indicated Cho sought information about any romantic relationships Elliott might have had during their marriage. While his conversation records with others were requested, Elliott objected to producing these materials.
A source close to the situation described this extensive document request as standard procedure in divorce cases. Both parties have continued to file motions as they prepare for further court proceedings scheduled in May.
Elliott and Cho began their relationship at ABC and married in July 2015. They are both engaged in maintaining family life while navigating this contentious separation.
