Dwight Howard's Unexpected Call to Police After Wife Drives Away with Ring and Phone

Share Post

Dwight Howard made a police call regarding a theft at his Georgia mansion, adding complexity to his separation from estranged wife Amy Luciani.

Police Call Details

On March 7, Howard reported to authorities that a woman had taken several of his belongings from his home. Items reportedly stolen included jewelry, his wedding ring, and his phone; the suspect drove away in a gray Camaro.

Howard was not present at the time because he had left to pick up his child. The dispatcher informed him that an officer would follow up so he could file a report.

Divorce Filing

The incident occurred two days before Howard filed for divorce from Luciani. Despite the official filing date, tensions between the couple were higher than initially apparent as suggested by the newly surfaced 911 audio.

Social Media Allegations

Prior to the divorce filing, Luciani took to Instagram with claims involving Child Protective Services and Howard’s daughter; however, these claims remain unverified.

Howard has not made any public comments about the call, signaling that underlying issues in their relationship existed before legal actions were taken.
