Jeffrey Epstein's Ranch: Police Hunt for Buried Bodies Clues

Share Post

New Mexico authorities have initiated a search of Jeffrey Epstein's former Zorro Ranch as part of a criminal investigation into allegations of illegal activities and possible human remains on the property. The operation is directed by Attorney General Raúl Torrez, with support from New Mexico State Police and the Sandoval County Fire and Rescue K-9 team.

Renewed Investigation

The decision to reopen the investigation came after newly released federal documents revealed information that warranted further examination. Originally closed in 2019 at the request of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, the case was revisited in February, emphasizing the severity of the allegations linked to Epstein's activities at the ranch.

Allegations and Evidence

A significant focus is an allegation from a 2019 email about possible buried human remains, reportedly sent by a former ranch employee. Although some material related to Epstein’s cases contain unverified claims, investigators are treating these allegations seriously. However, no specific evidence sought has been publicly disclosed by state investigators yet.

Zorro Ranch's Role

Zorro Ranch has been less scrutinized compared to Epstein's other properties but has surfaced in survivor accounts alleging abuse over several years. Authorities are now inspecting whether it was involved in broader patterns of misconduct associated with Epstein’s operations.

Investigation efforts have become more comprehensive following public and legal pressures within New Mexico for transparency and accountability. The current owners have cooperated with the authorities, underscoring a shift towards determination to uncover any remaining truths about activities at the ranch.
