Share Post

John Christian Love, known for his role in "Better Call Saul," is now working as an Amazon delivery driver. The actor revealed this change in a Reddit thread dedicated to Amazon workers.

Career Transition

Love, who portrayed Ernesto in the hit AMC series, shared with fellow drivers that he is joining them in deliveries. Despite his previous role on the popular show, Love mentioned that his breakthrough acting success has been elusive.

He also shared frustrations about his Amazon job and expressed a desire to pursue independent projects due to dissatisfaction with the current work conditions.

Film Setbacks

Love disclosed that a significant film project with Lily Gladstone and Bryan Cranston was halted due to financial problems, leaving him unpaid. The movie, "Lone Wolf," directed by Mark Pellington, stopped filming in February 2025.

Bryan Cranston publicly stated that he would not continue work on the film until all involved were compensated adequately.

Reflecting on Acting Roles

Apart from "Better Call Saul," which aired from 2015 to 2022 without winning any Emmys despite numerous nominations, Love appeared in other productions like "Friday Night Lights," "Whiskey Tango Foxtrot," and "Independence Day: Resurgence."

Throughout his discussion on Reddit, Love emphasized the importance of pursuing one's passion beyond conventional job constraints.
