France Urges Justice for Banjskë Attack and Implementation of EU Agreements

07:58 | 21 Tetor 2026 Franca ka kërkuar që përgjegjësit për sulmin në Banjskë të sillen para drejtësisë, ndërsa Kosovës dhe Serbisë u ka bërë thirrje që të rifillojnë dialogun dhe të zbatojnë plotësisht marrëveshjet e Brukselit dhe Ohrit.Përfaqësuesi i Francës në Këshillin e Sigurimit të Organizatës së Kombeve të Bashkuara, Jay Dharmadhikari, gjatë diskutimit për Kosovën, tha se të dyja vendet ndajnë një të ardhme evropiane, por se kjo kërkon vazhdimin e përpjekjeve për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve.“Përtej të gjitha sfidave, Serbia dhe Kosova ndajnë një të ardhme evropiane e cila do t’u shërbejë popujve të tyre. Kjo rrugë kërkuese kërkon vazhdimin e përpjekjeve për normalizimin e marrëdhënieve të tyre përmes dialogut të lehtësuar nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe Përfaqësuesi i tij i Posaçëm, z. Peter Sørensen, me mbështetjen e partnerëve të të dyja vendeve”, deklaroi ai. Përfaqësuesi francez u bëri thirrje të dyja vendeve që të rifillojnë dinamikën e dialogut, duke përmendur marrëveshjen për zbatimin shkallë-shkallë të Ligjit për të Huajt, të arritur më 14 mars.“Franca u bën thirrje të dyja vendeve të rifitojnë dinamikën e dialogut të nisur më herët këtë vit me Marrëveshjen për Zbatimin Shkallë-shkallë të Ligjit për të Huajt, të arritur më 14 mars”, tha ai.Ai theksoi se zbatimi i plotë i marrëveshjeve të Brukselit dhe Ohrit mbetet objektivi kryesor.“Në fund të fundit, objektiv është zbatimi i plotë i marrëveshjeve të Brukselit dhe Ohrit, gjë që kërkon një përkushtim të vendosur nga secila palë”, u shpreh përfaqësuesi francez.Gjatë fjalës së tij, ai mirëpriti zgjedhjen e Justina Shiroka Pula si presidente e Kosovës, duke vlerësuar se kjo do të kontribuojë në funksionimin e institucioneve dhe avancimin e reformave.“Zonja Presidente, Franca mirëpret zgjedhjen e znj. Justina Shiroka Pula si Presidente e Republikës së Kosovës. Kjo zgjedhje do të kontribuojë në funksionimin e rregullt të institucioneve të vendit dhe duhet të mundësojë progres të ripërtërirë dhe zbatimin e reformave të nevojshme. Këto institucione duhet gjithashtu të garantojnë pjesëmarrjen aktive të serbëve, si në nivelin lokal, ashtu edhe brenda gjyqësorit”, deklaroi ai. Sa i përket Gjykatës Speciale, Franca rikonfirmoi mbështetjen për drejtësinë ndërkombëtare dhe kërkoi nga Kosova që t’i respektojë obligimet e saj ndërkombëtare.“Franca ritregon mbështetjen e saj për drejtësinë ndërkombëtare, e cila ndihmon në vendosjen e përgjegjësisë dhe vendosjen e drejtësisë për viktimat e krimeve më të rënda, duke kontribuar kështu në përpjekjet për pajtim. Në këtë aspekt, ligji i miratuar nga Kuvendi i Kosovës, i cili ndryshon ligjin lidhur me Dhomat e Specializuara, nuk është në përputhje me obligimet ndërkombëtare të Kosovës”, tha përfaqësuesi francez.Ai shtoi: “Franca i bën thirrje Kosovës t’i respektojë plotësisht obligimet e saj ndërkombëtare me qëllim që të garantojë pavarësinë, paanshmërinë dhe integritetin gjyqësor të Dhomave të Specializuara.”Përfaqësuesi francez u ndal edhe te sulmi në Banjskë, duke kërkuar që përgjegjësit të mbahen përgjegjës para drejtësisë.“Për më tepër, pothuajse tri vite pas ngjarjeve, është e papranueshme që përgjegjësit për sulmin në Banjskë të mbeten të lirë. Kryesit e këtyre sulmeve duhet të sillen para drejtësisë dhe të kërkohet llogari nga ata”, theksoi ai.Në fund, Franca rikonfirmoi mbështetjen për misionet ndërkombëtare në Kosovë dhe për koordinimin ndërmjet tyre.“Zonja presidente, Franca mbështet përpjekjet e UNMIK-ut në koordinim me KFOR-in, si dhe misionin e EULEX-it në Kosovë. Mandati i UNMIK-ut është gjithsesi i lidhur me normalizimin e marrëdhënieve midis Serbisë dhe Kosovës. Ne e sigurojmë PSSP-në për mbështetjen tonë. Përfundimisht do të vazhdojmë të mbështesim të gjitha përpjekjet në drejtim të harmonizimit të forcave paqeruajtëse, duke respektuar plotësisht mandatet e tyre”, deklaroi përfaqësuesi i Francës.

Fostul preşedinte Traian Băsescu a declarat, marți seară, la B1 TV, că nu vrea să îl discrediteze pe premierul Luca Niculescu, însă este de părere că social-democratul Marian Neacşu va fi „şeful real al miniştrilor”. „Este un om cu destul tact ca să obţină de la premier tot ce vrea fără să bruscheze lucrurile”, a spus Băsescu despre Neacșu.Băsescu constată că, după învestirea noului Guvern, PSD deţine, în fapt, toată puterea, de la majoritatea în Guvern la conducerea Camerei Deputaţilor, şefi în instituţii publice, reprezentanţi în Curtea Constituţională şi în instituţia Avocatului Poporului.„Cu 22% în ultimele alegeri, PSD-ul domină total puterea în România, puterea executivă, în Parlament deţine preşedinţia unei camere, la Curtea Constituţională au trei reprezentanţi, deci au o influenţă consistentă, la Avocatul Poporului la fel, stă drepţi doamna Weber când aude de PSD, că a încercat o dată să mişte în front şi era să o zboare şi pentru că a înţeles care-i taina ca să nu zbori din post au lăsat-o şi după ce şi-a terminat mandatul.Deci au şi Avocatul Poporului, nu mai vorbim de administraţie locală plus agenţii. Deci au practic toată puterea dacă privim la instituţiile pe care le controlează, iar PSD-ul este un partid care ştie ce să facă cu puterea. Adică face cu puterea ce vrea el, nu întotdeauna ce trebuie”, a afirmat Traian Băsescu, potrivit News.ro.Fostul şef al statului a spus că nu vrea să îl discrediteze pe premierul Luca Niculescu, însă este de părere că social-democratul Marian Neacşu va fi „şeful real al miniştrilor”.„Neacşu va fi şeful real al miniştrilor pentru că el are şi componenta executivă, adică este în guvern, este viceprim-ministru şi are şi componenta politică pe care premierul nu o are. Este, practic, şeful miniştilor PSD atunci când se duc în Kiseleff, la sediul partidului. Neacşu va fi o piesă extrem de importantă, dar dacă eu îl ghicesc, n-am vorbit cu el niciodată, dar dacă îl ghicesc, aşa, este un om cu destul tact ca să obţină de la premier tot ce vrea fără să bruscheze lucrurile”, a susţinut Băsescu.El consideră că premierul Luca Niculescu „va avea diplomaţia să colaboreze cu Neacşu”.„Neacşu are foarte multă experienţă şi tact, cu certitudine va găsi formula să nu îl pună pe premier în situaţii proaste, dar nu va trebui să se supere nici premierul când miniştrii PSD se vor uita în ochii lui Neacşu să vadă dacă face semn că da, e bine sau nu e bine”, a adăugat Traian Băsescu. Cade in una buca a Capurso e riceve multa di 34 euro

Stava tornando a casa con le buste della spesa quando è caduta sull'asfalto, riportando traumi al volto, al collo e alla testa. A soccorrerla era stato il personale del 118, intervenuto a Capurso, in provincia di Bari. Due settimane dopo, però, la donna ha ricevuto una notifica sull'app IO: non un aggiornamento sulle sue condizioni, ma una multa da 34 euro per una violazione del Codice della strada. A contestarle, secondo il verbale, è stato il fatto di aver camminato sulla carreggiata nonostante la presenza di un marciapiede. L'episodio risale al 29 settembre, intorno alle 10.35, in via Fratelli Cervi, all'incrocio con via Labriola. La donna, Fernanda, si trovava ormai a pochi passi dalla propria abitazione quando, secondo quanto ha raccontato sui social, ha messo un piede in una buca che non era riuscita a vedere perché aveva le mani occupate dalle borse della spesa. Ha perso l'equilibrio ed è finita a terra, battendo la mandibola, il collo e la testa. Per le conseguenze della caduta è stato necessario l'intervento del 118. È proprio sulla dinamica dell'incidente che la donna insiste nel post pubblicato su Facebook. "ATTRAVERSANDO, SPECIFICO", ha scritto, precisando di aver appunto attraversato la strada per avvicinarsi al portone di casa e non di aver semplicemente camminato sulla carreggiata. Nel messaggio ha ricordato di avere le mani occupate dalle buste della spesa e ha riferito di aver riportato traumi mandibolari, cervicali e cranici. Una precisazione che evidenzia la distanza tra il suo racconto e la ricostruzione contenuta nel verbale della polizia locale. La multa da 34 euro dopo la caduta in strada a Capurso La notifica ricevuta sull'app IO ha spinto la donna a raccontare pubblicamente quanto accaduto, contestando la decisione della polizia locale. "Vi sembra normale?", ha scritto rivolgendosi ai concittadini, chiedendo conto di una sanzione che considera particolarmente ingiusta alla luce dell'incidente appena subito. "Mi sento offesa. Oltre il danno la beffa?", è lo sfogo affidato ai social, dove ha espresso la propria indignazione per una contravvenzione arrivata dopo la caduta. Il verbale ricostruisce l'accaduto da una prospettiva diversa. Secondo gli accertatori, la donna stava percorrendo via Fratelli Cervi in direzione di via Epifania e si trovava sulla carreggiata, pur essendo presente un marciapiede sul lato destro rispetto al senso di marcia. Arrivata all'incrocio con via Labriola, sarebbe caduta dopo aver appoggiato un piede su un chiusino dell'AQP, l'Acquedotto Pugliese. È questa la condotta contestata, non la mancata attenzione alla buca. La polizia locale ha definito la sanzione "un atto dovuto", precisando che le lesioni riportate dalla donna risultano agli atti e indicando la possibilità di presentare ricorso al prefetto oppure al giudice di pace. La multa ammonta a 34 euro, con una riduzione a 26,20 euro per chi paga entro cinque giorni. Buca o chiusino AQP: cosa dice il verbale della polizia locale C'è poi un altro elemento che distingue questo caso da una normale contestazione avvenuta durante un controllo stradale. La violazione, infatti, non sarebbe stata rilevata direttamente sul posto, ma ricostruita in un secondo momento. Nel verbale si legge: "Violazione accertata in ufficio in seguito alla ricostruzione dello stato dei luoghi ed alla caduta del pedone". Le due ricostruzioni divergono soprattutto su un punto: la donna sostiene di aver attraversato la strada per raggiungere casa, mentre la polizia locale ritiene che stesse camminando lungo la carreggiata senza utilizzare il marciapiede disponibile. Anche la descrizione del punto in cui è caduta non coincide del tutto: nel suo racconto parla di una buca, mentre il verbale indica un chiusino.

Grupa od 146 pripadnika službi bezbednosti, među kojima su bivši čelnici BIA, policije i VBA, uputili su poziv svim kolegama – pripadnicima policije i službi bezbednosti – da u trenutku duboke političke krize ostanu verni Ustavu, zakonu i svojoj profesionalnoj dužnosti. Službeni položaj i ovlašćenja nisu izgovor za zloupotrebu, već obaveza da se postupa u javnom interesu", navodi se u apelu.Ističe se i da slobodni i pošteni izbori nisu mogući bez institucija koje štite izbornu volju građana, a ne interese onih koji žele da ostanu na vlasti."Na izborni dan vaša je dužnost da sprečite nasilje, zastrašivanje birača i izborne zloupotrebe. Nakon zatvaranja biračkih mesta, dužni ste da zaštitite integritet izbornog procesa, obezbedite zakonito utvrđivanje rezultata i reagujete na svaki pokušaj njihove nezakonite promene. U slučaju postizbornih tenzija, morate postupati nepristrasno, sprečavati nasilje i štititi pravo građana na mirno okupljanje. Zakon mora jednako važiti za sve, bez obzira na političku pripadnost. Institucije kojima pripadate ne smeju postati sredstvo za očuvanje vlasti po svaku cenu niti za obračun sa političkim protivnicima", navodi se u apelu.Dodaje se i da će u danima koji slede, na testu biti ne samo profesionalnost institucija već i lični integritet ljudi koji u njima rade."Svako od vas moraće da odluči da li će postupati u skladu sa zakonom i sopstvenom savešću ili će dozvoliti da ga politički pritisci navedu da pogazi svoju dužnost. Srbija iz ove krize mora izaći mirnim i demokratskim putem. Odgovornost za to ne snose samo politički akteri već i svi koji imaju ovlašćenja i moć da primene zakon, zaštite građane i spreče zloupotrebu institucija", navodi se.Poptpisnici apela navode i da podržavaju inicijativu CEPRIS-a i „Odbrane struke“, kojom se tužioci i sudije pozivaju da u ovom odlučujućem trenutku, pred verovatno najznačajnijim izborima u Srbiji od obnove višepartijskog sistema, postanu svesni odgovornosti koju su preuzeli izborom svoje profesije."Istorija političkih kriza pokazuje da institucije mogu biti poslednja brana samovolji, ali i njeno najmoćnije sredstvo. Las revisiones también incluyeron información suministrada por las autoridades de tránsito, que reportaron obligaciones pendientes asociadas con infracciones viales. «Las autoridades de tránsito reportaron que los implicados acumulaban diversas multas pendientes de resolución», precisó la entidad, al explicar los elementos considerados durante las actuaciones. That’s how bad it was.”During the 2010 Los Angeles drug conspiracy trial, the prosecution attempted to use testimony from two Haitian nannies, Nadine Alexie and her sister-in-law, Quethlie Alexie, who had worked for Smith while she was living in the Bahamas with her newborn daughter Dannielynn Birkhead. Her father, Larry Birkhead, has blasted the film, which is based on Kapoor’s 2017 book.“I actually have had conversations with this doctor and his representatives,” Birkhead told ET in July, “I warned them about the harm and the emotional distress that this puts on not just myself but also, most importantly, Dannielynn, and how this could impact her and the things that she sees.”However, Garofalo reminisced of the prosecution, “They showed bottles of pills which she (Quethlie) testified were prescriptions under Howard’s name that were really for Anna, but when asked if she could read the label, she said ‘I don’t speak English’, they asked her, ‘do you read in any language?’ and she said no. La Fiscalía General de la Nación confirmó este martes, 20 de octubre, la identificación y captura de una persona que sería responsable de amenazar por medios informáticos a la primera dama de la Nación, Ana Lucía Pineda Aruachán, en hechos ocurridos el pasado 18 de octubre. El organismo judicial precisó al detenido le imputarán el delito de amenaza agravada en las audiencias preliminares ante un juez con funciones de Control de Garantías. “A través múltiples labores investigativas, la Fiscalía General de la Nación identificó al presunto responsable de amenazar de forma virtual a la primera dama de la Nación, Ana Lucía Pineda Aruachán, en hechos ocurridos el pasado 18 de octubre”, precisa el ente acusador. El hombre, según la Fiscalía, fue capturado en diligencia de registro y allanamiento realizada por la Policía Nacional en un inmueble de Pereira (Risaralda). En el lugar fueron incautados un computador y un celular que contienen información relevante para avanzar en las actividades de verificación. “De acuerdo con la evidencia técnica recopilada hasta el momento, el hoy detenido habría enviado el mensaje intimidatorio desde una cuenta anónima. Dicha publicación contenía señalamientos en contra de la vida e integridad de la esposa del presidente de la República y su familia. Inmediatamente, la situación fue denunciada y puesta en conocimiento de la Fiscalía”, explica el ente investigativo. En ese sentido, asegura el organismo judicial, un fiscal de la Dirección Especializada para los Delitos Informáticos presentará al hombre ante un juez penal de control de garantías y le imputará el delito de amenaza agravada. Tras la captura, realizada en el transcurso de las últimas horas y confirmada por la Fiscalía la tarde de este martes, el presunto responsable de esas amenazas será presentado ante el juez en las audiencias de legalización de captura, imputación de cargos y solicitud de medida de aseguramiento.
